INGREDIENTS
1 watermelon, sliced in 1 inch thick cubes
8 ounces feta (full-dairy or vegan), sliced into cubes (or swap for mango and/or cantaloupe)
A small bunch fresh mint
Lisa’s 1973 Cilantro Jalapeño or Thai Basil
HOW TO MAKE IT
Skewer watermelon, feta and mint on metal or wood skewers.
Place skewers on a platter and serve with a side of Lisa’s 1973 Cilantro Jalapeño, Thai Basil or Hot Honey Lemon for dipping.
