COLLARD WRAPS

Collard wraps are a quick & easy way to have a snack that can double as a meal. Swap the collard leaves for a grain-free wrap for another tasty option. Dip and serve with your favorite Lisa’s 1973.

COLLARD WRAPS

Serves 2

  • 4 large collard green leaves, stem and rib removed (or your favorite grain-free wraps such as Siete or Trader Joe’s almond wraps)

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons organic peanut butter or almond butter

  • Sliced mango, bell peppers or roasted sweet potato

  • Chicken, sliced turkey breast, or tofu

  • Fresh herbs: mint and Thai basil are favorites in this wrap

  • Lisa’s 1973 Cilantro Jalapeño, Thai Basil, or Hot Honey Lemon


    HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Lay a collard green leaf or a grain-free wrap on your cutting board.

  2. On the right side of the leaf, place a teaspoon of peanut butter.

  3. Add your protein, mango, sweet potato and/or bell pepper, and fresh herbs.

  4. Roll up the leaf or wrap and enjoy. Seal the leaf with a dab of peanut butter. Serve with a side of your favorite Lisa’s 1973.
