GRILLED STONE FRUIT
Serves 4
4 peaches or nectarines
A mixture of blackberries, raspberries, or blueberries
Olive or avocado oil
1 - 1.5 cups plain Greek
1cup plain Greek yogurt
1⁄4 cup fresh basil leaves or mint leaves
Grated fresh lemon peel
Raw honey or maple syrup
OPTIONAL ADD-INS
walnuts or pumpkin seeds
granola
edible flowers such as violets or nasturiums
HOW TO MAKE IT
Slice the peaches in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and slice each half again lengthwise. Lightly
brush with oil.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Place the peaches cut side down and grill until nicely marked, about 3 to 5 minutes, on each side.
To serve: Spoon some yogurt onto a plate and top with the peaches and berries.
Place the basil or mint leaves on top and sprinkle with a dusting of lemon peel. Drizzle with raw honey or maple syrup.
